Simil sits across the tools a team already uses and holds on to what was decided, and why.
We were working in a large product team at an enterprise company. In a Slack thread, we agreed to push a launch by a month so onboarding testing could finish. Two weeks later a new ticket set the old date again, and nobody could remember why we had moved it. We shipped early and spent the next quarter fixing sign-up. Nobody did anything wrong. The decision just had nowhere to live, so we built Simil to hold on to it.
The work stays alike to what the team agreed, and everyone sees it alike.
It builds up quietly, one small change at a time, until the work no longer matches what anyone agreed.
It builds up from small changes, each sensible on the day. Nothing Simil builds or writes blames a person for it.
Everyone on a project sees the same decisions, and no tier sees more than the team does.
Every answer comes with the decision itself: a date, a source, a reason.
No adjectives.
We’re looking for our first teams. If you’d like early access, or want to talk about investing, we’d like to hear from you.
